Prayer & Dessert with Pastor Dave

My dear sisters & brothers in Christ,

One of the things that has been missing during this pandemic is time for fellowship. In better times, we gather for coffee and talking together after worship on Sundays. Sadly, that is not possible to do safely at this time.

So, let’s take advantage of the means that we do have to socialize. Until weather warms up, and more of us have our vaccinations, we can’t gather comfortably outdoors. Indoors can be a little close… So, let’s meet up online.

During Lent (so, starting on Ash Wednesday, February 17) I will host “Prayer & Dessert with Pastor Dave” each Wednesday evening at 7:00. We will have a very brief few minutes about Lent and a prayer, and the rest of the gathering will be to talk about what is happening in our lives, and just being with one another. As it is a “virtual” gathering, it will have to be a bring your own dessert event. Have your favorite cookies and milk, or pie and ice cream, or whatever you will enjoy.
